1. What is Refillable?
We are a zero waste refill service. We will get your preferred brands to your doorstep without packaging.

2. How do I place an order?
You can place an order online or on whatsapp

3. What happens once I place an order?
We usually fulfill deliveries within 48 hours of your order. You will be informed prior to the delivery to keep your packaging ready. Voila, we will be at your doorstep to collect your packaging and refill it through our delivery vehicles (vans/bikes). Customers can also schedule deliveries as per their convenience on whatsapp

4. How often do you visit my area?
We are extremely active in the Mahadevpura, Marathali and Whitefield region. We also visit the other areas like JP Nagar, Shanthala Nagar, Indiranagar etc once a week. 

5. Do I need to wait for you to come to my society to place an order?
Definitely no! We understand each consumption cycle is different and you can place an order with us regardless of coming to your society, we'll come and deliver even if there is only your order. Although, we urge you to spread the word on our behalf if possible

6. I dont see my preferred brands. Can you get them?
Sure, we would be happy to reach out to more brands. We just need your support for that. Could you drop in a line at reuse@refillable.store with the subject line I need this brand? or alternatively drop us a whatsapp message and we will do our best to get it

7. How do we track the authenticity of the products?
We have a system which is entirely transparent. We share real time reports with brands and consumers. We have censors attached on our machine which detects if there is any discrepancy

8. How do you refill?
Essentially, we can refill in your containers if they are clean. Alternatively, we promote consumers to take their first refills in our glass bottles and keep reusing them at your doorstep

9. What if I am not at home?
No worries, on the day of the delivery you will be getting a message from ourside. You can keep your containers down with your watchman and we will get it done

10. What is our impact?
With each refill, essentially we eliminate a bottle from being manufactured and with each consequent refill we double our impact by reusing and refilling. Imagine if 100,000 consumers could use it for a year? We will be eliminating over 2.5MN bottles!

11. Why are we doing this?
Well, the climate change is real and so is plastic pollution. We aim to make the world a better place than we inherited and this is a small effort to curb the unnecessary packaging
